GAP Designers were asked to design & document a new

shop that needed an arrangement of preparation areas

as per the owners request.

​

We enjoyed working with him to arrange his equipment & designed the shop with a simple yet eye catching display of materials and allowing access for trafficable areas to the public to enter via a laneway and dine and be served by an expert Barista.
