CDC approved by Private Certifier - Finished Build 2023

October 2022 - GAP Designers - designed a solution for a revised internal layout to the rear of an existing home including a new covered alfresco deck and a New Garage to replace the old.

Our Architectural Plans were drawn up for a Private Certifier and a Structural Engineer + Basix Consultant is required.

The Client will be responsible for these consultants.

GAP Designers were assigned to redesign the rear of an existing Suburban home in Sydney with close communication with the client we achieved a modern layout which functions well and opens up for childrens activity and leasure area in the backyard.
