2 Storey Additions & Alterations - to an existing single storey home owned by a small family who selected us to help design their Complying Development Certification Approved 2023
2020 - GAP Designers - designed a solution for an extension to the rear of an existing home and created a 3D Model
for the Client to understand the concept.
2022 - The Client decided to add 2 Storey Additions to the new project and so we designed an upper floor
concept which was accepted and then we fully documented amended plans & elevations for the Private Certifier.
