1. Step 1

An initial free consultation with us to discuss your ideas and requirements on site is important to establish the design and costing. We can generally make a clear report on the conditions and any building problems or aspects up front with you on the day.

2. Step 2

We measure up and photograph the existing site and prepare sketch designs based on your brief. We usually require an up to date Survey of your property or a retail floor plan from Centre Management.

3. Step 3

Owners input and design development including any 3D computer generated perspectives and "walk through" model designs which are presented to you on our laptop computer or viewed in our office on the big screen with compromised changes if needed, in front of you there and then!

4. Step 4

Council documentation and working drawings for the builder or shopfitter are prepared with any changes requested before the actual submission to relevant authorities.

5. Step 5

The finished plans and coloured copies and specifications including shadow diagrams and other relevant colour boards or reports are made ready for council submission and / or other relevant authorities.
