A small single storey two bedroom home had  strict restraints  to enlarge & accept a compromising solution for both the home owners & local council.

We offered to re-design a new spacious look for this young couple's home who needed an open living area & a new kitchen on the ground floor & a study and an extra bedroom upstairs including a bathroom.

Working together with builder's IMPACT DESIGN  & CONSTRUCT P/L a design was budgeted & approved. We added comfort and space as well as increased the home's value without moving.

The homeowners Peter & Trudy are extremely happy with the flowing open design. The  effective natural ventilation & cooling effects upstairs together with an under floor air-conditioning system on the ground floor  makes this modern home a pleasure to live in.
