• Residential Design include units, townhouses, villas, duplex's and new homes (including alterations & additions)

• Retail Design include civic video stores, restaurants, cafe's, take a ways, patisseries, deli's ,butcheries, bakery's , florists, party shops & other selected stores.

• Real Estate Services include Artistic Impressions and floor plans for Sale or Lease of property.

You may choose any or all of these : Fees are based on services, effectively on an hourly rate or a lump sum to remain within your budget.

1/ Concept Design

We consider your needs and study them to create a good solution which functions acceptibly with use of simplistic and modern building materials and products that reflect your individual style.       

2 / Design Development

We continue and plan , visualise and consider your budget and relate to rules of local council requirements including the BCA,Standards Australia and other relevant  rules and regulations associated with the project which lead to council and other relevant authorities yeilding approval.

Our objective is to resolve the concept to a practical solution including types of materials and colour co-ordination.

3 / Detailed Drawings and Drafting including 3D computer model

We draft plans and detail drawings to local councils approval using either computer aided software (DATACAD11,

compatible with any Autocad files) or expert manual drawing skills.

Site Plans, Floor Plans, Colour rendered Perspectives, Detailed Elevations, Sectional Details and Specifications and Shadow Diagrams if required are all provided using the latest software technology. Computer generated 3D models can be processed for an additional cost if required.

Material ColourBoard presentations are also often needed and provided.
