This semi- detached house is owned by a hard working couple in a tight street location in Enmore.

The design which was developed together with the owners & incorporated their ideas to enlarge the existing layout to provide a new internal laundry space & bathroom as well as creating a new enlarged open planned Kitchen & Living space together with a new stairs up to an existing loft which was to be also renovated with a new bedroom & bathroom.

With tight council restrictions & guidelines we sucessfully achieved a simple yet modern design that was favourable to both the client & the authorities.

New bathrooms, laundry & kitchen joinery detail was carefully selected by the owners / builders in a style that has been kept in character with the design.

This home again blends in with the neighbourhood streetscape & successfully compliments the existing semi-detached home next door. It does not effect any ones privacy.

The owner also has added watertanks to Basix requirements.

The internal lighting is ample & sunlight is also brought through via a natural skylight upstairs in the bathroom.

The Owner is a Builder who also  accomplished a terrific job in creating a new comfortable & enlarged home that has not over capitalised his investment.
