This semi- detached house was bought by  a young working couple to live in & start a new family.

The design which was accepted by the owners was to evolve their ideas and enlarge the existing layout to accomodate a new internal laundry space & bathroom as well as creating a new enlarged open plannned Kitchen & Living space.

With tight council restrictions & guidelines we sucessfully achieved a simple yet modern design that is distinct & comfortable inside as well as crisp & clean on the outside.

New bathrooms, laundry & kitchen joinery detail was carefully selected by the owners / builders in a style that has been kept in character with the design.

The home blends in with the neighbourhood streetscape & successfully compliments the existing semi-detached home next door.

The outcome of this project was brilliant.

The internal lighting is ambient & sunlight is  brought through via natural skylights which warm the home in winter.

The Builders (MT.Milton) also accomplished a terrific job in creating a new fresh look that is apparent once you arrive at the kerb.

The owners were excited from design stage to construction and  extremely  pleased with the end result.
