Working together with the owners & a Structural engineer we designed the best solution to accomodate a new first floor living addition above an existing fast food outlet & tatoo shop next door.

The owners also wanted an additional retail shop & office if possible which was approved due to increased available parking area bays created off Everley Rd. compromised with local council.
