An office building was designed by us with planning & design based around a unique concept of high glass curtain walls & strong concrete cantilivered balconies.

The project was approved by Mascot council yet the owners marble business had management problems & went into bankruptcy with unpaid debts to us.

The project stopped but was redesigned several years later by an unknown architect.

GAP Designers feel dissapointed that our design was somewhat changed but learnt a lesson that friends are not to be trusted.
